Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a high-value enterprise client, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Drive contract renewals and identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Manage financial aspects of service contracts (including billing, invoicing, cost optimization)
- Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and to align services with customer needs
- Handle crisis situations, addressing customer issues with a problem-solving and customer-first mindset
- Represent the company in negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT service delivery, service management, or a related field
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) and their impact on service delivery
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles – advantage
- Ability to handle multiple customer demands and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent German AND English language – must-have

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
