Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a high-value enterprise client, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Drive contract renewals and identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Manage financial aspects of service contracts (including billing, invoicing, cost optimization)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and to align services with customer needs
  • Handle crisis situations, addressing customer issues with a problem-solving and customer-first mindset
  • Represent the company in negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery, service management, or a related field
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) and their impact on service delivery
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles – advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple customer demands and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluent German AND English language – must-have
Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
