Job Description
- Perform data entry and system updates in SAP for contracts and financial records
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of uploaded documents and contracts
- Coordinate information flow between departments, external institutions, and other teams within the company
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and summaries for decision-making purposes
- Manage and archive key documents, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
- Support internal processes for contract and document management in SAP
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a technical environment
- Experience in SAP and MS Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience preparing reports and presentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Required Education
Bachelor degree in Business Informatics or Data Management/Engineering or related fields.
