Job Description:
- Oversee and facilitate the entire agile transformation within agile release streams and across domain levels.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to executive teams, enhancing their agile proficiency.
- Implement and fine-tune SAFe principles within the organization.
- Assess team maturity, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead the value stream definition to improve key metrics like time-to-market.
- Act as a coach and mentor to Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Collaborate closely with top management layers as well as team-level staff.
- If certified (SPC), conduct training sessions on SAFe methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in agile practices.
- Set and monitor quality metrics and KPIs at the program level.
- Ensure seamless agile transformation amid organizational restructuring.
- Support and expand more than 70-member strong agile facilitator community.
- Assist in building and maintaining high-quality standards for customer deliverables.
- Contribute to the overall corporate environment transformation.
- Engage in nearshoring transformation projects, if experienced.
- Handle agile methodologies with a focus on enterprise or software development scenarios.
Requirements
- Certification in SAFe or other agile methodologies (ideally SPC certified).
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a significant advantage.
- Experience in roles like Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer is ideal.
- Ability to provide solutions and strategies for quality measurement.
- Strong experience in working with upper management and team-level staff.
- Technical background in enterprise or software development is a plus.
- Experience in nearshoring transformation is beneficial.
- Proven track record in agile transformation and coaching.
Required Education
- Relevant degree in Business, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
