We are looking for an experienced Business Architect to take a key role in shaping business models and value streams within a complex, multinational environment. This is a unique opportunity to engage in high-level strategy, process optimization, and enterprise architecture development, contributing to innovative and efficient business operations.
Job Description
- Design and implementation of operational value streams (OVS) and supporting value streams
- Collaborate with business units to clarify and refine business models, ensuring end-to-end mapping of processes and portfolios
- Document, communicate, and align enterprise architecture artifacts
- Analyze business chains to identify and implement process efficiencies, cost reductions, and service improvements
- Provide expert consultation and facilitate workshops with senior management and business partne
This position will include occasional business trips to Germany (approximately once per month for 2-3 days).
Requirements
- Deep understanding of creating and refining business models and capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of TOGAF methodology and principles
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools
- Proven ability to engage with senior management and facilitate business architecture workshops
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex processes into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Required Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields
- Certifications in TOGAF or similar frameworks are welcome
Required Language
