Job Description
As the Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive change strategy to support the successful rollout and adoption of Workday across the organization. You will lead key activities such as stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training enablement, and progress tracking, ensuring business continuity and user readiness throughout the implementation.
- Develop and manage a structured change management plan aligned with the Workday implementation timeline
- Identify impacted teams and functions, assess change readiness, and tailor engagement strategies accordingly
- Partner with training teams to co-create training materials, user guides, and onboarding documentation
- Facilitate interactive sessions, workshops, and webinars to support learning and adoption
- Design and deliver internal communication campaigns to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Draft and manage test scenarios and scripts to validate business alignment and functional outcomes
- Identify adoption barriers and recommend targeted interventions to improve user experience
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across regions and promote ownership and advocacy for change
- Monitor change progress, provide status updates, and adjust strategy based on feedback and adoption metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in system implementation and integration ideally in large-scale transformation projects
- Experienced in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI)
- Skilled in project and stakeholder management
- Workday certification or prior Workday user experience
- Willing to travel within EMEA
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities
- Confident facilitator of workshops, trainings, and presentations
- Strong skills in visual communication, storytelling, and documentation
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in hybrid/remote settings
- Experience in international, multicultural environments
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
