Job Description

The team is dedicated to producing environmentally friendly solutions and is seeking a CEO to lead the company into a new era of success and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operational, financial, and strategic management of the company.
- Collaborate closely with the Chairman of the Board and other senior executives to align company strategies and goals.
- Lead the company through periods of change, particularly in crisis management scenarios.
- Direct and mentor a diverse team including the Production Director, Commercial Director, and other key roles.
- Drive the carbonization and informatization of production processes.
- Steer the company towards profitable solutions and manage high stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate and lead the expansion from 40 to approx. 70 employees in line with full production capabilities.
- Engage deeply in environmental issues, focusing on the production of biogas and bioenergy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in senior management, ideally as a CEO or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability in crisis management and navigating companies through challenging periods.
- A strong background in production is a significant advantage.
- Ability to assertively defend goals and visions.
- Experience in environmental management, renewable energy, agriculture or related fields is a big plus.
- Strong skills in project management and overseeing complex cases.
- Ability to build and manage teams effectively, setting work morale and management style.
- Flexibility to travel frequently to various company locations within the west and middle parts of Slovakia.
Required Education
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.
