Key Job Description
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end in an Agile environment.
- Lead the migration of applications to various cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead the migration process of applications to cloud services, ensuring best practices and minimal downtime.
- Handle incident resolution with a proactive approach to minimize impacts.
- Implement and oversee tracking mechanisms in a ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Provide L2/L3 support, acting as a senior point of contact for operational challenges.
- Guide and mentor team members in Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Continuously assess working methods and processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational management and Agile environments.
- Strong background in application migration to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud).
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Experience in L2/L3 support roles.
- Ability to handle high levels of confidentiality and sensitive information.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
