Job Description:
- Provide hands-on expertise in cloud security, ensuring the protection of cloud environments throughout the customer migration process
- Conduct security testing, including penetration testing, to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Perform comprehensive cyber risk analysis, ensuring the platform meets industry security standards
- Collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and maintain cloud security policies and procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of security practices and the development of new security solutions
- Provide guidance on cloud security best practices and assist in security incident response as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure security compliance during the migration of customers to the cloud platform
- Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to safeguard cloud infrastructure
- Develop and implement security solutions tailored to the cloud environment
- Analyze and evaluate cyber risks, proposing security improvements to address identified vulnerabilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the cloud development and deployment process
- Support incident response efforts by identifying, mitigating, and resolving security incidents in the cloud environment
Requirements
- Strong general knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud security principles
- Proven hands-on experience in penetration testing and security testing
- Experience in cyber risk analysis and cloud migration security processes
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain security measures in public cloud environments
- Familiarity with security certifications, such as CCSP, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a virtual team
Required Education
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant cloud security certifications are highly preferred (e.g., CCSP, CISSP)
