Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for senior- and top-level stakeholders, building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Foster cloud technology adoption by guiding customers on best practices, value maximization, and resource utilization
- Align cloud solutions with customer business objectives
- Work with sales teams to ensure contract renewals and explore upselling opportunities to expand service portfolios
- Provide strategic guidance in collaboration with solution architects and cloud specialists, ensuring successful implementation of cloud solutions
- Advocate for customer needs within hyperscale cloud providers, ensuring timely resolution of concerns
- Monitor cloud usage performance and identify areas for optimization to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collect and share customer feedback to influence future product and service development
- Deliver training and workshops to empower clients in effectively using cloud platforms and services
The position requires travelling (mainly EU) up to 50% of working time.
Requirements
- Fluent in German AND English
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, service delivery or consulting, ideally within the technology or cloud computing industries
- Solid understanding of hyperscale cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their ecosystems
- Proven track record in managing strategic relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with project management or service delivery frameworks is a plus
