Job Description
- Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for the product, ensuring efficient deployment processes
- Collaborate with software development teams enhancing product reliability and speed to market.
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure and services
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively address performance bottlenecks and system anomalies
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration, both within the team and across the company
- Implement and improve agreed security concepts on infrastructural level
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong background in software development and automation
- Hands-on experience with public cloud providers
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (Git)
- Hands-on experience with any infrastructure-as-code tool (e.g. Terraform or alike)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Service mesh principle (e.g. Consul + Envoy, Istio)
- Experience with Environment and Application Monitoring
- Knowledge of common security concepts and technical procedures to implement them
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
