Job Description
Join the dynamic team and take on the following captivating responsibilities:
- Design, simulate, test, and implement logic for PLC or DCS management, working on thrilling projects that push the limits of what’s possible.
- Utilize your expertise and judgment to create ICS designs that meet the requirements of the groundbreaking technology program.
- Generate high-quality engineering documentation and reports, including visually stunning drawings, precise process control definitions, and state-of-the-art software and hardware designs.
- Choose and specify the perfect hardware components for precise measurement and efficient system management, ensuring optimal performance.
- Create captivating visualizations of complex technological processes through intuitive and user-friendly HMIs.
- Oversee the entire software infrastructure development lifecycle, ensuring its seamless progression and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement cutting-edge topologies for the industrial network infrastructure, enabling efficient and secure operations.
- Create and introduce innovative standards in programming management components, setting new benchmarks for excellence.
- Maintain existing installations and proactively implement essential adjustments, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Set up management systems for changes in requested parameters of the technological process, driving continuous improvement and adaptation.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Required skills:
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field.
- PLC Programming
- Experience with drawing HMI displays
- Experience with using industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, Profibus, etc.)
- Ability to read technical schematics (P&ID – Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, PFD – Process flow diagrams)
- Ability to specify sensors and actuators based on technology requirements
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Ability to test, modify, and measure existing electrical circuits (paragraph 22)
- Basic understanding of Functional safety principles (IEC 61508) or Machine safety (EN ISO 13849-1)
- Language proficiency: Advanced (C1) level of English.
- Driving License: Category B.
Advantage to have, but not necessary:
- Experience in designing simple electronic circuits
- Ability to draw electrical schematics for control panels
- Knowledge of installation and wiring of electrical control panels, including specification and selection of electrical devices
- Experience with a higher-level programming language (C++, Java, Python, .NET)
- Experience with microprocessor programming
- Experience with HAZOP
- Experience in designing and programming Safety systems
Required Education
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrotechnics, Informatics, or Electronics
