Job Description

Work for a leading technology firm specializing in delivering state-of-the-art IT solutions and digital transformation programs across various industries. Our client is currently going through a pivotal phase of transformation, and we are looking for an Executive Business Owner to spearhead the delivery streams in agile and cloud solutions.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Take charge of end-to-end product lifecycles across multiple agile release streams, managing up to 100 streams concurrently.
  • Team Building & Staffing: Negotiate and secure optimal staffing levels for up to 120 team members per stream to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Budget & Delivery: Own the budget approval and allocation process. Ensure project deliverables are met within budget and time constraints.
  • Quality & Operations: Oversee operational costs, technology stack, and ensure adherence to established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with high-level internal stakeholders, including sales teams and top management, to align project goals and expectations.
  • Transformation & Innovation: Lead the transformation into microservices and cloud-based solutions, maintaining a focus on in-house development.
Requirements
  • Years of Experience: At least 7 years of experience in IT, with a focus on leading digital transformation and delivery initiatives.
  • Agile Leadership: Expertise in managing Agile release streams, with a deep understanding of SAFe methodologies and regular Performance Increment Planning (PIP).
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to negotiate budgets, allocate resources, and deliver high-quality projects within financial constraints.
  • Team Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and staffing large teams, ranging from 80 to 120 professionals per stream.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, budget owners, and executive management.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in cloud migration strategies, microservices architecture, and overseeing technology stacks.
  • Quality Assurance: A track record of maintaining high standards of operations, including meeting SLAs and KPIs, particularly in automation and cloudification.
Required Education

Master’s degree in Information Technologies, Business, or related field is preferred.
