Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex IT projects across diverse stakeholder landscapes
- Serve as a steering counterpart for senior managers within IT leadership circles
- Drive technology evolution across IT (multi-cloud integration, containerization, PaaS)
- Lead AI-based native integration of IT processes
- Oversee teams ranging from 10-30 members, depending on seniority and project requirements
- Report directly to the Domain Lead or Head of IT Steering
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department
- Implement best practices for IT operations, security, and governance
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing IT projects
- Strong understanding of multi-cloud integration, containerization
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, particularly in senior management settings
- Ability to drive technological change and innovation
- Experience reporting to executive-level leadership
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations
