We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to help us source, attract, and hire top-tier blue-collar talent for various industrial positions. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the industrial sector and a proven track record of successful placements in fast-paced environments.

Your Duties:

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be instrumental in shaping the workforce of major industrial companies by identifying and recruiting the best blue-collar workers. Your role will involve:

  • Working closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Designing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies to attract skilled blue-collar workers.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to find suitable candidates.
  • Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process.
  • Providing candidates with constructive feedback and guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Negotiating employment terms and extending job offers to successful candidates.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and labor market dynamics to provide informed recruitment advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the team of our client to ensure a continuous pipeline of suitable candidates.
  • Screen resumes and job applications efficiently, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously across various industrial sectors.
  • Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain detailed records of recruiting activities to ensure compliance with all regulations and good practice standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning about the industrial sector to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in employer branding and promotional activities to enhance the company’s reputation among blue-collar workers.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
  • Located in EU country – preferably Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgary, Croatia, Czechia, Slovenia, Hungary
  • Local language knowledge and recruitment experience from the specific country is needed
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically within the industrial or blue-collar sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other professional networks.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close candidates effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • High level of discretion and ethical approach to recruitment.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
Required Education
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Required Language
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in additional Central or Eastern European languages such as Polish, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, or Romanian is highly desirable.
