As the Global Change & Transformation Lead, you will:
- Lead and manage comprehensive transformation initiatives across the organization, focusing on software and application development
- Identify and address areas for improvement and efficiency, ensuring the adoption of new practices aligns with the company’s strategic goals
- Facilitate the transition to cloud-based infrastructures and oversee cloud migration projects
- Act as a change agent, actively proposing and implementing innovative solutions to drive the organization forward
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and methodologies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring their alignment with transformation goals
- Conduct regular assessments to identify successful and challenging aspects of the transformation, making adjustments as necessary
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and people skills to motivate and guide the team through change
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and execution of transformation strategies, focusing on software and application development, and cloud technologies
- Drive the identification of process inefficiencies and the implementation of effective solutions
- Manage the transition of teams to new styles of work post-restructuring, ensuring a smooth and effective changeover
- Serve as a pivotal change leader, encouraging innovation and a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee cloud migration projects, from planning to execution, ensuring objectives are met
- Engage actively with teams to foster an environment of open communication and collaboration
- Provide strong leadership during transitions, offering guidance and support to the team
- Continuously evaluate the transformation process, identifying key achievements and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading change and transformation initiatives, particularly in IT environments
- Strong foundation in software and application development, ideally with an understanding of cloud technologies
- Exceptional leadership and people skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through significant change
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement strategic solutions
- Experience with cloud migration projects and infrastructure management is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker, capable of seeing the big picture and driving organizational change
- Resilient and adaptable, able to manage challenges and lead by example in times of transition
Required Education
Master’s degree in Information Technologies, Business, or related field is preferred
Required Language
- English - C1
- Fluency in German would be an advantage.
