Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash liquidity, FX deals, and borrowings.
- Support the transformation project aimed at updating treasury processes and implementing a new Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Assist in cash pooling arrangements and refinancing with partner banks.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Treasury Manager and Treasurer to develop and execute treasury strategies.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the treasury function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cash management and forecasting.
- Execute foreign exchange transactions and manage related risks.
- Oversee debt management, including borrowings and repayments.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the new TMS.
- Prepare and analyze treasury reports for senior management.
- Support treasury projects, including cash pooling and refinancing initiatives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of treasury transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of broad treasury experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with treasury management systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
