Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of HR reporting specialists, with plans to expand the team in Bratislava.
- Develop and implement a new HR reporting strategy and roadmap.
- Utilize Workday for comprehensive HR reporting and analytics.
- Oversee the creation of detailed HR and compensation and benefits (com&ben) statistics.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the Global Head of HR Operations.
- Participate in various HR projects, contributing to their successful execution.
- Maintain and improve the current Workday system, enhancing its reporting capabilities.
- Provide strategic insights through data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of HR reporting specialists.
- Develop and maintain HR reporting frameworks and dashboards.
- Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for the organization.
- Coordinate with global HR teams to standardize reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all HR reports.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR reporting tools and methodologies.
- Support ongoing HR projects with relevant data and analysis.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in the Workday is a big advantage.
- Team management and leadership skills are very welcome.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement reporting strategies.
- Experience in creating and maintaining HR dashboards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
