Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team of HR reporting specialists, with plans to expand the team in Bratislava.
  • Develop and implement a new HR reporting strategy and roadmap.
  • Utilize Workday for comprehensive HR reporting and analytics.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed HR and compensation and benefits (com&ben) statistics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of HR Operations.
  • Participate in various HR projects, contributing to their successful execution.
  • Maintain and improve the current Workday system, enhancing its reporting capabilities.
  • Provide strategic insights through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of HR reporting specialists.
  • Develop and maintain HR reporting frameworks and dashboards.
  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights for the organization.
  • Coordinate with global HR teams to standardize reporting processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all HR reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR reporting tools and methodologies.
  • Support ongoing HR projects with relevant data and analysis.
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR reporting and analytics.
  • Proficiency in the Workday is a big advantage.
  • Team management and leadership skills are very welcome.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement reporting strategies.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining HR dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • English - C1
