This pivotal role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, develop, and refine strategies that will shape the future of access management, ensuring efficiency, security, and user-centric experiences.

Job Description:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of telecommunications identification and access management systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to define business requirements and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including system requirements, process flows, and data models.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide regular reports on project status, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
  • Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Model and validate solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions are feasible and implemented accurately.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog and development tasks.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality meets business requirements.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in telecom and cybersecurity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in IT, Telco, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and business process management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with identification and access management concepts.
Required Education
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Language
