Job Description:

Conduct detailed analysis of telecommunications identification and access management systems.
Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to define business requirements and process improvements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including system requirements, process flows, and data models.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
Identify and assess potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Provide regular reports on project status, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or innovation.
Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Model and validate solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions are feasible and implemented accurately.
Manage and prioritize product backlog and development tasks.
Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality meets business requirements.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in telecom and cybersecurity.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in IT, Telco, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and business process management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Familiarity with identification and access management concepts.
