Job Description
Are you willing to analyze business processes and are you fascinated by digital transformation? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join the team of our client.
Daily duties:
◉ Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to accurately convey business requirements
◉ Possess a strong understanding of IT products and applications
◉ Create and manage user stories using Agile tools such as Jira and Kanban
◉ Effectively communicate and present to the development team
◉ Update and modify internal applications, including scheduling regular updates and sending reminders
◉ Oversee the deployment of new features on applications
Key Responsibilities:
◉ Directly create and articulate user stories in German
◉ Ensure the delivery of product features meets stakeholder expectations
◉ Maintain an active engagement with application users and business owners
◉ Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team
◉ Guide the team through product development cycles using Agile methodologies
◉ Participate in product roadmap planning and execution
◉ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product vision and business goals
◉ Provide technical and product guidance to enhance team capabilities
Requirements
◉ Expertise in evaluating business processes and translating requirements into technology solutions
◉ Experience in specifying IT solutions in complex IT system landscapes
◉ Strong ability in analyzing and documenting requirements (User Stories & Epics)
◉ Strong agile mindset with experience in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe)
◉ Experience working in a geographically distributed, international, and culturally diverse team
Required Education
◉ Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
