This role offers a rare chance to work on a substantial infrastructure of over 6,500 virtual and physical servers, with leadership from an expert technical lead. You will be part of an agile team, managing an automation-focused transition alongside experienced DevOps professionals, all while significantly expanding your technical skill set.
Job Description
- Design, develop, test, and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Source code management, configuration, release management, deployment activities
- Set up integrations with partner applications
- Conduct performance and error analysis, troubleshooting issues to optimize workflows
- Implement innovative technologies aligned with strategic goals to further automation and efficiency
- Collaborate directly with project teams to support development, QA, planning, and product release processes
- Support ongoing transition activities, studying technical documentation
- Work in an agile environment with the team, ensuring seamless coordination and meeting project milestones
- 24/7 rotational on-call support schedule
Requirements
- Solid experience with Linux (Red Hat preferred)
- Skills in Powershell/Bash/Python for basic automation tasks
- Previous hands-on experience in Ansible (required); familiarity with Terraform or Puppet is an advantage
- Knowledge of Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes – advantage
- GitLab – advantage
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
