Join a newly-built team in a large-scale infrastructure project, ideal for junior DevOps Engineers eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, evolving environment. This role offers a rare chance to work on a substantial infrastructure of over 6,500 virtual and physical servers, with leadership from an expert technical lead. You will be part of an agile team, managing an automation-focused transition alongside experienced DevOps professionals, all while significantly expanding your technical skill set.
Job Description
  • Design, develop, test, and implement CI/CD pipelines
  • Source code management, configuration, release management, deployment activities
  • Set up integrations with partner applications
  • Conduct performance and error analysis, troubleshooting issues to optimize workflows
  • Implement innovative technologies aligned with strategic goals to further automation and efficiency
  • Collaborate directly with project teams to support development, QA, planning, and product release processes
  • Support ongoing transition activities, studying technical documentation
  • Work in an agile environment with the team, ensuring seamless coordination and meeting project milestones
  • 24/7 rotational on-call support schedule
Requirements
  • Solid experience with Linux (Red Hat preferred)
  • Skills in Powershell/Bash/Python for basic automation tasks
  • Previous hands-on experience in Ansible (required); familiarity with Terraform or Puppet is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes – advantage
  • GitLab – advantage

 

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
