Job Description:

  • Analyze and establish new business processes and practices on a global scale.
  • Develop an umbrella architecture to unify diverse and complex systems across different countries.
  • Assess the current status quo of business processes and IT architecture.
  • Design and implement a transformation plan aimed at simplifying business processes and enhancing IT efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with analysts and business owners, bringing innovative solutions to a diversified portfolio.
  • Focus on solution architecture at the enterprise level, without direct involvement in implementation.
  • Prepare and present business cases and return on investment analyses.
  • Define and implement enablers for country-specific IT solutions, possibly including market-available solutions.
  • Contribute to the architectural change from both IT and process perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Govern IT business in international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Expertise in enterprise and solution architecture, including sequence diagrams, use cases, components, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Drive the harmonization of diverse software and application bases across different countries.
  • Develop strategic plans and architectures to streamline business processes and IT operations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business owners and analysts.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and design at an enterprise architecture level.
  • Articulate and present strong arguments to support proposed IT solutions and investments.
  • Oversee the strategic implementation of IT solutions without direct execution responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise and solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of microservices and digital architecture.
  • Experience in governing IT business in international contexts.
  • Ability to analyze and set new procedures for global business processes.
  • Proficiency in navigating corporate business processes and seeking solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with an emphasis on process and IT architectural changes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Required Education
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Language
  • English - C1
