Job Description:
- Design and implement backend architecture for assigned technologies.
- Transition legacy systems to cloud-native, decoupled architectures.
- Define and optimize software and infrastructure for reliability and performance.
- Develop non-functional requirements (NFRs) and enable automation.
- Guide the breakdown of monolithic applications to microservices using Rest APIs.
- Oversee the future development and transformation of application landscapes.
- Recommend and implement software and infrastructure optimizations.
- Communicate and present architectural concepts to stakeholders
Requirements
- Extensive experience backend development and experience in IT architecture
- Proficiency in AWS or GCP, serverless architectures, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- Strong understanding of OIDC & OAuth 2.0, Restful APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Java
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel for short business trips
Required Education
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Required Language
- English - active communication (min. B2)
- German - advantage
