Job Description
  • Analyze HR and people-related data to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, performance, retention, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Identify patterns and trends to support business strategies and people initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to define analytical needs and deliver relevant solutions.
  • Present data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences, including impactful data visualizations.
  • Support key HR processes such as succession planning, workforce planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage and utilize systems such as Workday and other HRIS platforms to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong background in HR data analysis and business-focused reporting.
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (HR, finance, business).
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, including advanced configurations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and operational processes.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and deliver results.
Required Education
  • University degree in analytics, statistics, HR, IT, economics, or a related field.
