Job Description
- Analyze HR and people-related data to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, performance, retention, and engagement.
- Build and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify patterns and trends to support business strategies and people initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to define analytical needs and deliver relevant solutions.
- Present data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences, including impactful data visualizations.
- Support key HR processes such as succession planning, workforce planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Manage and utilize systems such as Workday and other HRIS platforms to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
Requirements
- Strong background in HR data analysis and business-focused reporting.
- Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
- Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams (HR, finance, business).
- At least 3 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, including advanced configurations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and operational processes.
- Ability to manage projects independently and deliver results.
Required Education
