Job Description
- Manual testing for new services or upgrades of existing ones, focusing on functionality and user experience (test GUI web consoles, API interface testing)
- Automation of testing processes using tools like Robot Framework, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins or Python
- Implementation of a variety of testing types (positive, negative, destructive, performance, and optional parameter testing)
- Review of a customer-facing documentation, including User Guides and API references
- Identification and documentation of bugs during manual or automated tests and their tracking until resolution
- Consultations on customer requests and help resolve backend or user-facing problems
- Support of Agile team practices by participating in daily standups, sprints, and retrospectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in manual testing of web interfaces and APIs
- Hands-on expertise with automation tools such as Robot Framework, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Python
- Knowledge of different testing methodologies
- Familiarity with documentation review processes for both user and technical audiences
- Experience with bug tracking and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Prior exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
