What you could expect on the job:

• Set up the whole go-to market strategy for Austria
• Driving sales activities from direct acquistion to account management
• Manage key clients accounts and ensure the best recruitment delivery
• You consult and advise, who cooperate with the Hiring Managers and are responsible for building recruitment strategies and plans
• Manage recruitment professionals within your hiring projects
• You a re a leader of client squads
• Directly recruit candidates on the open roles
• Source and select recruitment and talent sourcing experts in our database and externally
• Reporting on a weekly basis on key projects
