Join a dynamic IT team providing critical SAP support for its client. As a L2/L3 SAP Specialist, you'll ensure the stability and performance of IT infrastructure, diagnose complex technical issues, and contribute to process automation. You'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and senior level team and further develop your technical skills.
Job Description
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of SAP systems
- Participate on change management processes (planning, testing, implementing)
- Implement updates and upgrades to the IT infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues affecting IT services
- Support system performance optimization
- Automation of processes using scripting
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions for performance problems
- Participate in on-call duties for 24/7 support on a rotating schedule
- Communicate with international teams regarding system updates
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of SAP platforms
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems
- Experience with database management (SAP HANA, PL/SQL, or IBM DB2)
- Basic scripting skills for process automation (Bash/Python/C++)
- Familiarity ticket management systems
- Good English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
- Willingness to participate in on-call support
