Job Description
We are looking for a structured and creative individual to manage and refine our client´s agreed data strategy.
You will play a crucial role in transforming our company into one that effectively operates based on data-driven insights. The goal is to integrate data management into all key processes, ensuring data accessibility, cost efficiency, accuracy, and effective interpretation by data team.
This role extends beyond just monitoring basic metrics. It includes developing business intelligence outputs, predictive models, and specialized databases for product personalization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the overall data strategy for the company
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop and integrate effective data management and visualization tools
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify needs and design tailored solutions
- Ensure the quality of input data for data products
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and standards
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to leverage data strategically across the business
Possibility to work on a permanent contract.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in data management tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly
- Experience in implementing data management strategies
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of data protection
