Join a leading global organization dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to play a pivotal role in our internal global IT hub. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to collaborate with international teams, contributing to the development of cutting-edge internal applications.
Job Description:
- Design and develop user-centric interfaces for internal applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Implement responsive designs.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Provide mentorship to junior designers and developers within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for proposed designs.
- Write clean, maintainable code for front-end development.
- Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components.
- Maintain and update existing applications as needed.
- Document design processes and code for future reference.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in UI/UX design ideally with a combination of front-end development.
- Scripting experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is nice to have.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
