Job Description
- Lead the design and optimization of IT architectures tailored to business and technical requirements
- Analyze and assess customer needs, ensuring innovative solutions align with modern network demands
- Architect efficient and scalable IT solutions for 5G, IoT, Open RAN, and cloud-native environments
- Oversee the transformation of legacy systems, ensuring streamlined integration into microservices architecture
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure new functionalities are thoughtfully designed
- Provide technical leadership across project lifecycles, from concept to deployment, ensuring cohesive integration between IT and business processes
- Negotiate and advocate for solutions that balance both business objectives and technical feasibility, maintaining a unified direction
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT architecture, particularly in transforming legacy systems into modern, cloud-based infrastructures
- Leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to confidently advocate for technical solutions in both business and IT discussions
- Expertise in AWS, microservices, modularization, and cloud-native solutions
- Experience with IT business process transformations
- Familiarity with mobile radio platforms (4G, 5G, Open RAN) is an asset, but the ability to lead transformational IT projects is key
- Communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across IT and business domains
Required Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Professional certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) or IT architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF) are a significant advantage
