As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in customizing Service Now to meet the business requirements of the primary business customer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Service Now, particularly in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, and a deep understanding of the B2B sector.
Job Description:
- Lead the Service Now customization to fulfill the business needs of key corporate clients.
- Focus on B2B aspects, ensuring Service Now serves as a central information source.
- Oversee the integration of various processes like ordering, order assessment, finance controlling, and CRM in Service Now.
- Ensure synchronization and connectivity of all processes from a business perspective in Service Now.
- Engage in the transformation of the B2B platform internally.
- Address technological and process gaps in the project, implementing radical changes for the B2B side.
- Participate from the proof of concept stage to the design and implementation phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Service Now, especially in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
- Experience in Order Management, particularly in telecommunications.
- Proficiency in agile methods in software development, like SAFe.
- Strong understanding of B2B solution business and end-to-end processes, particularly the order-to-cash process.
- Experience in addressing complex challenges in implementing business solutions in IT.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Service Now – ITSM, ITOM, CSM.
- Experience in telecommunications, with TMF knowledge as a plus.
- Strong background in B2B sector and order management.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to navigate complex IT and business landscapes.

- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
