ROLE OVERVIEW
As Demand Manager, you will coordinate and prioritize business and IT demands across multiple countries, ensuring efficient planning, quality delivery, and alignment with strategic goals. You will operate between business stakeholders and delivery teams, shaping demand pipelines, supporting release planning, and driving quality assurance across the full lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and prioritize demand pipeline across multiple countries and stakeholders
- Coordinate annual and mid-term planning of business and IT requirements
- Align business needs with delivery capacity and strategic priorities
- Facilitate cross-country collaboration and promote reuse of solutions
- Support release planning and coordination of dependencies across teams
- Drive quality assurance processes, including testing strategy and defect tracking
- Monitor KPIs such as defect rates, delivery quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Collaborate with business, IT, and product teams to refine requirements
- Support implementation of structured demand management processes
- Ensure transparency and reporting of demand status and delivery progress
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and delivery efficiency
- Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery
Requirements
- Experience in Demand Management, Business Analysis, or IT Delivery coordination
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (planning, testing, release)
- Experience with requirement gathering and prioritization
- Background in insurance is strongly preferred (especially Life or Non-Life processes)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries
- Experience with testing processes and quality assurance principles
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or similar ticketing systems
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex topics
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
Required Education
- Relevant experience preferred over a formal degree.
Required Language
- English - C1
