Job Description
As a System Architect you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of innovative communication technologies. Your primary focus will be working on an advanced digital assistant, ensuring top-quality customer interactions across voice and chat platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance these systems, provide technical leadership, and drive the evolution of AI-powered services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of speech and voice applications
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions for customer communication channels
- Analyse and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Write, test, and maintain high-quality code using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Ensure the platform’s continuous improvement by integrating machine learning and new technologies
- Act as a technical leader
- Work on cloud environments and manage systems such as Azure, AWS, and various databases
Requirements
- Expertise in voice solutions, e.g.: VXML / SIP / VOIP / Genesys Voice Portal / AudioCodes SBC
- Background in software solution design
- Proficiency in programming with Java / JavaScript / Python
- Experience with version control, CI/CD tools and modern deployment workflows
- Familiarity with databases (both relational and non-relational)
- Familiarity with application servers (JBOSS / Tomcat / Apache)
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, and technologies like Spring, Spring Boot, React, and REST services
Required Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
