Job Description
- Analyze the current state of UI/UX across multiple internal applications
- Develop a unified UX/UI framework and design system
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces based on customer journeys and feedback
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and designs using Figma
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to implement UX guidelines
- Define UX/UI testing processes to validate implementation quality
Requirements
- Mid-level UX/UI design expertise (preferably in software development environments)
- Proficiency in Figma (Adobe XD)
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is highly beneficial
- Ability to provide easy-to-use frontend designs
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with developers, product owners, and end-users
- Fluent English required
